Equidae
Delv Ihoo consist of a few species of the equidae family. These horses usually live in herds and can be found on specific locations in Delv Ihoo. Generally they are not always favored as a prey source as their hooves are quite damaging in most cases. Not only that but they have a lot of stamina and even if they can't outrun wolves they might be able to out last them. Horses are known to be one of the few prey sources that will communicate with Delvihen wolves, mostly to give warnings or to reach an understanding within the same habitat.
Creature:Kirinma(Kiricorn) / Class:Mammal / Power:Elemental/ Diet:Herbivore / Family:Perissodactyla / Lifespan:1-70 / Status:Rare(Mythical)
Kirinma's are native to the Chaos Isle. They are a large Equine that roams the plains on this isolated island. They are considered rare as the gestation of a female can last up to 2 years before giving birth to one foal. A foal will only reach maturity around the age of 15. They live in medium sized herds, with one stallion in charge as the protector over several mares. One mare is usually dominant amongst the others as she will decide where to graze, give birth, drink and so on. A male stands out due to it's dark piercing markings and larger size. They will fiercely protect their herd from any predator no matter the size. They are considered elemental as they have a complete immunity to the elemental powers

of Chaos wolves. Over time many wolves of the Chaos species have fallen to these mighty equines due to this. Even so these wolves have never given up hunting on lone individuals. Males are extremely aggressive and will challenge any being that closes in nearby his herd. Being a creature with honor, it will give a warning before attacking as he will scrape his hooves in the floor and make a lot of noise. As the leader of the herd it is his job to protect his family, if he fails his family or shows cowardly behavior females will see this as a negative trait for their young meaning they will deny him to breed with them, or they will actively travel to outside territories giving bachelor males the opportunity to challenge their own stallion. Fights between them can be brutal as it goes from kicking to biting. It can also occur that a herd is challenged within it's own territory, in this situation females will not come in between as it is the male it's job to show he is capable of protecting the herd. Would he fail then he will be chased out of the territory as the current herd will be taken over. Sadly in these occasions if young foals are born, the new male will do anything in order to kill it. It's not unusual to see a pregnant female abandon her own herd and take the risk to raise her young in isolation. In rare cases a male will only allow it if it's born female, born male stands no chance. Throughout the day and if bonded with the herds stallion they will be extremely close to one another. They spend a lot of time socializing, running and grooming one another. A rare variation is known amongst them. It is so rare that officially in Delv Ihoo it is even considered "mythical". Among the Kirinma one variation is known as the "Kiricorn". It looks a lot like a Kirinma but features a different coat color and a long horn similar to unicorns. The variation is extremely rare and on the Chaos Isle if such an individual is spotted, it will be guarded non stop as Chaos wolves view it as a holy creature and will never hunt it. On the main Island on Delv Ihoo however, wolves will give a lot for remains of these creatures. Males feature a huge brightly colored orange horn and have actual gems that have grown on the side of their necks. Females might not have the bright horn or gems, but even for their pitch black horn wolves will give plenty of valuables. Some believe it has medical properties as well. Luckily the hunt on them isn't quite easy. Kiricorns are extremely rare and unlike their regular counterpart, they do not socialize or live in herds and will wander alone. It is believed in rare occasions one will breed with a lone Kirinma which can result in the birth of a Kiricorn. Aside from that they are believed to have chaotic elemental energy similar to the chaos species. So even if found, the wolf who attempts to hunt it might die in the process. Kiricorns unlike the Kirinma are more calm and less hostile, so in normal occasions it will not attack but remain hidden.

Creature:Fjorkuma / Class:Mammal / Power:None/ Diet:Herbivore / Family:Perissodactyla / Lifespan:1- 40 / Status:Endangered
Native to "Koru Forest" these horses roam this colder environment in small herds existing of one male and 2-3 females. They have a thick pelt that allows them to deal with the cold. Their dark grey hooves even being hidden by thick fluffy feet. Their ancestors chose "Koru Forest" over the "Ice Lands" due to the growth and amount of fresh plants. They are known to be extremely shy and distant. Upon seeing predatory animals they will flee as even the stallion will choose to flee. The only fights these stallions ever face are those against other stallions of their own kind in order to take over a herd. They are very silent by nature and most of the day they tend to hide. The scent of a Delvihen wolf is enough to spook them.

Despite sharing a common ancestor with the Kirinma, their genetics couldn't be further away. While unsure it is believed that unlike the Kirinma, they once were tamed down by the Two-Legs and only reverted back to their wild state when the Two-Legs no longer had access to this land. By now the Fjorkuma is considered endangered. This status thanks to Delvihen wolves who actively hunt this species down. However the reasons why are rather tragic. As for reasons Delvihen wolves can only speculate about, the Fjorkuma becomes possessed at night, being fully taken over by a horse like demon. When changed, they have a lust unlike any other for blood and flesh. Not only that, but when they kill their opponent they will devour it's soul as well. Wolves began to name them the "Reaper horse". When these horses revert back, they recall what they did, but are incapable of doing anything against it. It is said some individuals became so disturbed that they jumped of cliffs in order to die. Some attempt to get themselves stuck at night hoping they cannot cause any deaths. Delvihen wolves however will not hesitate to set these stuck souls free sadly at the cost of this horse. Because of all the hunting it is believed their lifespan over time reduced dramatically. Delvihen wolves have acquired these beings as summoning spirits, but as a standard spirit, they do not deal with possession. This is due to the summoning spirit only taking the form of a being it truly isn't, and otherwise a demon being incapable of possessing and earthly spirit.
